I can’t give you the exact error message because Windows 7 and the ControlPoint software is german but I think it wouldn’t help if i could, it’s just saying that there llatitude an error Does anybody have a suggestion how to fix this problem? The fingerprint reader is connected and does respond, but the ControlPoint software throws an error if I try w6500 enroll my fingerprint the error doesn’t show up if I don’t touch the sensor.
